 This new guidebook for Ripon, the first of its kind for many years is published to portray Ripon in a colourful way with quality photographs to illustrate the beauty of the surrounding villages and countryside.

Detailed Ripon maps are included to cover the area accompanied with easy to follow itemised directions. The book covers the main tourist attractions both in Ripon and surrounding villages, providing key information on where to eat and stay.

 The book visits - Fountains Abbey, Newby Hall, Markenfield Hall and Ripon Cathedral and much more with accurate directions and instructions to walk: The Sanctuary Way, a walk of 10 miles around Ripon, and Ripon Rowel Walk a walk of  50 miles.  Both walks can be done in sections or all in one go.
